POLITICAL REBOOT
I have spent many years studying and streamlining government processes. It would be difficult to design less efficient, less effective, and less ethical political and legislative systems than the ones under which we now operate, thanks to the two major parties.
Some would say that is not all bad. As Will Rogers noted in the 1920's,
"Be thankful we're not gettin' all the government we're payin' for."

However, many of the legislative and political practices that have evolved bring great discredit upon our nation, and especially our Congress. If elected, I want to work for an organization that has the trust and respect of the American People. Therefore, Congress should get its own house in order before presuming to clean up any other segment of American society.
Action Plan: If sent back to Washington, these are a few examples of measures that
I would initiate or support:
> No exemptions from the law for members of the Legislative Branch.
> No member of Congress may vote upon the instructions of another member.
> Legislation may contain no provisions unrelated to the primary subject.
> Misconduct by legislators should be adjudicated outside the Legislative Branch.
> Pass the Fair Elections Now Act (public vs. special-interest funding of elections)
> End political elections for law- enforcement professionals (sheriffs and judges)
> No individual should hold elected office for more than ten total years in a lifetime.
> Drastically reduce the number of political appointees in Washington.
